Humble Heart Healing offers Reiki, energy healing, and mentoring for humans and animals—supporting clarity, balance, and soulful transformation.

For as long as I can remember, people have asked me to touch them—“just put a hand on my shoulder, please.” As a kid, I didn’t understand why. Naively, I would do it without a second thought. Often, I’d hear them sigh, hold their breath, and then release it. I had no idea what was happening—only that strangers seemed drawn to me. Eventually, my parents put a stop to me offering touch to strangers. 

Looking back now, I realize that what felt unusual at the time was the earliest sign of my path into energy healing. After some pivotal life events (which I’ll share soon), I decided to stop resisting the Universe and take a leap of faith. 

I’m both excited and a little nervous to announce the launch of my business: Humble Heart Healing. Here, I offer Energy Healing, Reiki, holistic mentoring, and intuitive guidance—for both humans and animals. My mission is simple: to help you move through blocks, gain clarity, and reconnect with your truest self. 

For me, launching this business isn’t just about offering a service—it’s about holding space. Holding space for healing, growth, and transformation. Whether you’re experiencing emotional stress, physical discomfort, or simply feeling stuck in life, Reiki and energy healing sessions can gently uncover and release what no longer serves you. 

This journey has been a leap of faith, and it’s taken me outside of what I’ve always known. I’m deeply grateful for everyone who has encouraged me, shared their stories, and believed in this work—and in me.
