• While I’m based in Metro Detroit, Michigan, all sessions for new clients are currently offered remotely. We can connect via Zoom, FaceTime, Teams, WhatsApp, or phone—whichever feels most comfortable for you. Energy work is just as effective at a distance, allowing you to experience healing and support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Simply find a quiet moment to settle in—no travel, no stress, just show up as you are.

  • Energy work doesn’t require physical presence—it’s just as effective from a distance, allowing you to receive support from wherever you are. Energy can be channeled and guided across any distance, making space for deep and meaningful transformation. We’ll still connect before and after each session to check in, reflect, and make sure you feel supported throughout the process.

  • Please keep in mind that your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from us. We’ll be in touch shortly after booking to finalize the details and secure your session.

If you have any questions before booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to connect with you. You can email us anytime at HumbleHeartHeal@gmail.com. oes here

  • Short answer: Yes — energy‑healing modalities (Reiki, Healing Touch, Qigong and other “biofield” therapies) are commonly used alongside conventional medicine to help with symptom relief (anxiety, pain, fatigue) and supportive care, but the scientific evidence is mixed and quality of studies is often limited; they should be used as complements, not as replacements for proven medical treatments. (opus.lib.uts.edu.au)

What mainstream providers say: major clinical centers and integrative programs (for example Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic) make energy‑based therapies available as part of integrative care and explicitly recommend they be considered complementary to — not a substitute for — standard medical care. The U.S. Veterans Health Administration also includes integrative/energy approaches in its Whole Health resources. (health.clevelandclinic.org)

Practical guidance: (1) Tell your doctor about any energy healing you plan to use; (2) don’t stop or delay conventional treatments because of an energy therapy claim; (3) look for credentialed practitioners and realistic claims (symptom support, relaxation, coping).

  • Every session is unique, but here’s a gentle overview of what you can expect.

    Before your session
We’ll begin with a brief conversation to explore your intentions, goals, and any concerns you’d like to address. This helps guide the energy work in a way that feels supportive and aligned for you.

    Length & setting
Sessions are held remotely and typically last between 45–90 minutes. I recommend finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed. Closing your eyes can help you relax more deeply, if that feels right for you.

    During the session
After our initial discussion, you’ll be invited to step away from distractions like your phone or computer and simply allow yourself to receive. As the energy flows, you may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, or gentle pulsing—or you may simply feel calm and at ease. Every experience is different, and all are welcome.

    After your session
You might feel deeply relaxed, gain new clarity, or experience emotional release or vivid dreams. I often suggest journaling any insights or sensations that arise and drinking plenty of water to support integration.

    A gentle note on car
Energy healing is a complementary practice meant to support your overall well-being. Please continue to seek appropriate medical care when needed and share any relevant health information so your session can be approached thoughtfully.

  • Short answer
Energy healing for pets—such as Reiki and other hands-on or distance practices—is often experienced as calming and supportive. It may help reduce stress and anxiety, ease discomfort, support recovery after illness or injury, and bring balance to behavioral or emotional challenges, all while deepening the human–animal bond.

In my experience, animals naturally guide the process. They tend to self-regulate—moving closer, stepping away, or indicating where they’d like attention—and I always honor and follow their cues.

You should not stop, modify, or initiate any medications or conventional treatments without first consulting your physician or licensed healthcare provider. If you have any physical, mental, or emotional concerns, it is your responsibility to seek support from a qualified professional.

  • Start by getting clear on what you’re hoping to receive—whether it’s stress relief, emotional support, energy balancing, or complementary support alongside medical care. This clarity will help guide you toward the modality and practitioner style that best aligns with you.

    Know the boundaries
A responsible practitioner will be transparent about their scope. They’ll remind you that energy work is complementary—not a substitute for medical care—and will encourage you to seek appropriate medical support for serious or urgent concerns. Be cautious of anyone who promises cures or makes sweeping health claims.

    Ask a few simple questions
Before booking, it’s perfectly okay to ask:

    • Do you offer a brief consultation?

    • Are sessions in person or remote?

    • How long is a session and what is the cost?

    • What might I experience during or after?

A good practitioner will answer openly and welcome your questions.

    Trust how you feel
Connection matters. You should feel comfortable, respected, and at ease. Many practitioners offer an initial call so you can get a sense of their energy and approach—listen to your intuition here.

    Watch for red flags
Be mindful of guarantees, pressure to avoid conventional care, unclear pricing, vague training backgrounds, or anything that feels pushy or off. Your experience should feel safe, supportive, and empowering.

Choosing the right practitioner is a personal process—take your time and trust yourself to find the right fit.
